Our Services

Contingent

This is the most common recruitment service where a fee is only paid when a candidate is placed.

RPO

Typically used when hiring at scale, this model works out significantly cheaper and you will have a dedicated resource embedded within your team.

Retained Search

You will have a dedicated resource embedded within your team. An up front fee is agreed and 50% paid to secure the level of service required, with the remainder of the fee paid upon placement.
