What roles does OpenSource recruit for?

We hire across the full product and engineering lifecycle: software engineers, architects, DevOps, security, data, product managers, designers and technical leadership up to CTO. We work with startups and scale-ups across Europe and the US.

How is OpenSource different from a typical tech recruiter?

We’re founder-led by a former software developer and a seasoned recruiter, and we technically screen every candidate ourselves before they reach you. We embed with your team rather than firing over CVs, which saves clients 6+ hours a week in interviews.

What does it cost, and what engagement models do you offer?

Three models: Contingent (you only pay on a successful placement), Retained Search (a dedicated, committed search on a fixed fee) and RPO (we act as your in-house talent team for hiring at scale). We recommend the right fit for your stage.

How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?

For most roles we come back with a technically screened shortlist within days, not weeks, because we screen candidates ourselves and maintain an active network of pre-vetted engineers, product and data talent.

Where are you based and which regions do you cover?

We’re based in central London and partner with startups and scale-ups across the UK, Europe and the US, including our New York market, plus fully remote and hybrid teams.
