A profitable, fast-scaling marketplace is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two product squads (~10 engineers) through their next phase of growth.
This is a people-first leadership role with room to stay close to the technical detail.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and grow two squads of engineers
- Own delivery health, planning and team rituals
- Partner with product and design on roadmap and trade-offs
- Hire well and raise the bar on engineering culture

- Experience managing engineers, including other senior ICs
- A track record of shipping through teams, not just individuals
- Strong communication and a humane, high-standards leadership style
- Enough technical depth to earn the team’s trust
