Embedded recruitment (RPO) is for hiring at volume, a dedicated recruiter works inside your team and owns the pipeline for a predictable monthly fee.

Retained search is for the hires you cannot get wrong, engineering leaders, staff engineers and hard-to-find specialists, where you need full market coverage and a committed, dedicated process. Whichever model you choose, the screen is the same: we technically assess every candidate ourselves before they reach you, so your interview time goes on people who can genuinely do the job.
