How does OpenSource screen candidates?

Every candidate is technically assessed by us — people who have written production code — before you interview them. We use realistic work samples and structured, rubric-scored evaluation rather than abstract puzzles, so your interview time goes on people who can genuinely do the job.

How quickly can you deliver a shortlist?

For most roles we come back with a technically screened shortlist within days, not weeks, because we screen candidates ourselves and maintain an active network of pre-vetted engineers, product and data talent.

What does it cost to hire through OpenSource?
